Several changes since the original version!

• Added an exit and the version number to the title menu
• Added a volume control for misc sounds
• *Added a delay to certain events triggered by the timeout alert
• Added more captions for sound effects
• Fixed issue that could cause some closed captioning text to be displayed behind some images
• To account for delays in displaying images, the timer now counts up every 1.08 seconds instead of every 1 second
• Changed font and formatting for the display of total cash while in the car
• Captions are now bold with an outline
• Changed “Investigate” option to “Approach”
• Re-framed and improved some background images
• Re-mixed all audio
